SHIPPING
Each print is created just for you by our printer. Please allow time for your print to be created - Processing time is 1-2 weeks. Shipping times* may vary but shipments in the United States usually arrive with 6-17 business days.
* These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.
RETURNS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, contact us.
The return address is set by default. When a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If the required return address isn't used, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address - If an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
